Shipping times

How long will my order take?

The delivery time will mainly depend on the place of destination but also on the day the order has been placed. All orders will be sent out on Fridays.

Once sent out, delivery will take 1-2 business days (up to 4 days for Balearic and Canary Islands).

 

Returns

What is your return policy?

As per the return of faulty products, the customer should bare in mind that several of Groovy Bcn's products are produced and personalized by the brand's own printing facilities, and therefore one item may not be identical to another item due to our printing methodology. This said, in order for the customer to be entitled to return the product, the product must be in a clear faulty condition (any clear damage or harm to the garment itself). The customer will then be entitled to return the product by letting us know at info@groovybcn.com, and if the return is approved, it will be carried out at no cost at all for the customer. 

Groovy Bcn will therefore pay the cost of the return and if wished by the customer, replace the product with a new, unharmed one.

As per returns that are due to any reason attributable to the customer, the customer must return the product to Groovy Bcn by sending it to the address indicated in the return policy in a period of no more than 14 days since the request of return. The customer will cover the costs of the return.

As per the refunds of payment, the amounts paid by the customer will be refunded using the same form of payment used by the customer, unless it has been provided otherwise. Groovy Bcn will refund the amounts paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of the accepted return. Groovy Bcn also reserves the right to wait with the refund until it has received the returned product.

What is my size?

Buying online can be very tricky when it comes to choosing sizes. In order to make sure you can order your garment with the perfect fit, we have facilitated a sizing guide for each item.

Faulty items

What should I do with a faulty item?

If you have any concern regarding a faulty or damaged item, please email info@groovybcn.com so we can urgently review the issue. If the item is proved faulty or damaged, you will be entitled for a return with no cost at all for you.

 

My order hasn't arrived

What's up with my order?

Our logistic collaborator will call you if there is a failed initial delivery in order to arrange a time for you to receive it the soonest possible. 

1. Failed deliveries: Correos Express will try delivering a maximum of 3 times.

2. Incorrect address: Always recheck the address you have introduced is correct or if you think there is some clarification it may need.

Where can you ship to?

We currently offer only national shipping. All national orders are sent through Correos Express.

We highly appreciate creators who are willing to create content for our brand. We manage all collaborations through Instagram DM or through info@groovybcn.com  Please contact us there.
