RETURN POLICY

Return of faulty products

Several of Groovy Bcn's products are produced and personalized by the brand's own printing facilities and therefore one item may not be identical to another item due to our printing methodology. Therefore, in order for the customer to be entitled to return the product, the product must be in a clear faulty condition (any clear damage or harm to the garment itself). The customer will then be entitled to return the product by letting us know at info@groovybcn.com, and if approved, the return will be carried out at no cost at all for the customer. 

Groovy Bcn will therefore pay the cost of the return and if wished by the customer, replace the product with a new, unharmed one.

If the customer wishes to file a complaint, the customer can send it to info@groovybcn.com

Other returns

If the return is due to any reason attributable to the customer, the customer must return the product to Groovy Bcn by sending it to the address indicated in the return policy in a period of no more than 14 days since the request of return. The customer will cover the costs of the return.

Refund of payment

The amounts paid by the customer will be refunded using the same form of payment used by the customer, unless it has been provided otherwise.

Groovy Bcn will refund the amounts paid by the customer within 14 calendar days from the date of the accepted return.

Groovy Bcn reserves the right to wait with the refund until it has received the returned product.
